Corrections
The most valuable message you can send. Include the page and the figure you think is wrong, and where possible what you believe the right one is. Every published number is derived by software from a source that can be re-run, so a specific claim can be checked quickly and a correction goes into the generator rather than the page, which stops the same error returning on the next build.
Venue facts decay faster than anything else here. If you have been somewhere recently and found the hours, the age rule or the venue itself different from what a page says, that is worth telling us: the pages carry the month they were checked precisely because that check goes stale.
Commercial enquiries
Advertising, partnerships and data licensing are covered on the advertise page, which also states what will and will not be sold. The short version: placement can be bought, a computed figure cannot.
What this address cannot help with
- Disputes with a casino or an operator. We have no relationship with any venue and no standing to intervene. Take it to the venue's regulator, which is listed on our resources page for the major jurisdictions.
- Account, payment or withdrawal problems. Same answer, and the regulator is the effective route.
- Gambling harm. Please do not write to us for this. Free and confidential help is listed here and it is better than anything we could offer.
